Mogens Svendsen

Mogens is the CEO and responsible for administration and strategy at Cloud Retail Systems A/S. Together with a partner, Mogens founded MB Gruppen in 1994, which over the years has invested in and established several independent and focused IT companies, including Cloud Retail Systems.

Mogens holds a BSc in Business Administration from Aalborg University, an Executive MBA HD(R) from Copenhagen Business School, and an Executive Master of Business Administration HD(A) from the University of Southern Denmark.


Troels Ejsing

Troels has been part of the Cloud Retail Systems journey since the beginning in 2016. He is the Chief Development Officer and Partner at CRS, where his responsibilities include the development of Sapera.

From 2010 to 2016, Troels was the Chief Development Officer at nSure, where he was responsible for a Danish and Ukrainian development department. From 2007 to 2009, Troels held positions in the development of tools for the construction industry. From 2001 to 2007, Troels served as the Unit Manager at Amadeus e-Travel in Nice, France.

Troels studied computer science at the Department of Computer Science, University of Copenhagen, from 1993 to 1996.

Ole Sletting Madsen

Ole joined Cloud Retail Systems in the early days, and when CRS took over the company Retail Planit, Ole came along. In his daily role, Ole serves as the support manager, coordinating deliveries of Sapera to new customers. Additionally, he is responsible for the general day-to-day operation of support inquiries related to the system.

Before joining CRS, Ole worked for 18 years in the mobile phone industry. He began his career in production, leading to service roles and eventually became a trainer across Europe, teaching the repair of mobile and wireless phones. He concluded his career by playing a significant role in the Research and Development department.

Shahid Khan

Shahid joined Cloud Retail Systems in 2016. Shahid’s primary responsibility includes supporting both new and existing customers. Additionally, he handles webshop deliveries and integrates them into Sapera. Shahid is also involved in assisting with the onboarding of new customers and helping them get acquainted with Sapera.

Before joining Cloud Retail Systems, Shahid was self-employed with his own web agency.

Hans Christian Juhl

Hans Christian arrived at Cloud Retail Systems in 2018. His area of responsibility is as a support consultant. He is involved in setting up the system for newly started customers. He is also available on the phone and behind the screen when existing customers need guidance on using Sapera.

Before Hans Christian’s time at CRS, he worked at OK-plus in a role similar to IT support. Previously, he had significant experience in the retail industry.

Account Manager

Preben Kristensen

Preben was one of those who joined Cloud Retail Systems in its early days, and when CRS took over Planit Retail, Preben followed as a salesperson. Preben has been working in sales since 1989, starting with the business group Danmark. Here, he engaged in proactive sales of IT solutions to tips and lottery retailers in Denmark.

In 1992, he joined Sandlykke & Leifsgaard in Hjørring and has been with them all the way through to Targit, Retail Planit, and now as a salesperson for CRS.

Martin Bang Sørensen

Martin joined Cloud Retail Systems under the then Retail Planit in 2004 as a supporter/consultant. Shortly after his employment, Martin took on the responsibility for our retail solution CB Retail and has been a project manager for its development over the years. Additionally, Martin has the role of account manager for our larger retail chains. In CRS, Martin has been involved in requirements specification and more from the beginning, leveraging extensive experience in the retail sector, specifically with our Sapera solution.

Originally trained as a Certified Real Estate Agent and Valuer, Martin worked in that field in the 1990s. At the turn of the millennium, he pursued a degree in Computer Science. During his studies, he wrote a project on security in municipal digital forms at Dafolo in Frederikshavn, where he was also employed after completing his studies. System developer

Claus Coltau

Claus joined the company in 2009, and we benefit daily from his experience. Claus is a system developer for CRS.

In 1991, Claus switched from being a full-time musician to become a programmer. He already had a background in mathematics and physics from high school, providing a solid foundation for on-the-job training.

Since then, he has worked in three different companies, all involved in IT related to accounting, inventory management, and POS solutions for both larger and smaller businesses.

Caspar Ejsing - CRS

Caspar Christophe Ejsing

Caspar Ejsing joined Cloud Retail Systems in the late 2020s. His responsibilities have included testing Sapera for customers and developing and maintaining the company’s websites.

Outside his time at CRS, Caspar holds the position of Managing Partner at cuongchristophe and is also the Founder & Co-CEO of the IT company Cspaar. Both companies were founded in 2022 in Aarhus.

Marketing Manager

Brigitta Harding

Brigitta assumed the position of Marketing Manager at MB Gruppen in March 2023, and she is responsible for, among other things, the development and implementation of Cloud Retail Systems’ overall marketing and communication strategies. She works closely with cross-functional teams and top management to promote and market Sapera, as well as MB Gruppen’s other IT solutions and services.

Before joining Cloud Retail Systems and MB Gruppen, Brigitta was the Marketing Manager in the construction industry at NG ZINK A/S in Horsens from the beginning of 2017. Brigitta completed her studies in 2016 and holds a master’s degree in marketing and communication from Aalborg University.

Lukas Sletting Madsen

Lukas joined Cloud Retail Systems in the early part of 2020, adding to the youthful vigor at CRS. Lukas’ primary tasks involve working as an IT consultant and supporter. He is the one who answers the phone when customers have questions about using Sapera.

Lukas is trained as an IT supporter at CRS. Before his time at CRS, Lukas completed a foundation course as an IT supporter.

Sergii Ianovskyi

Sergii Ianovskyi serves as the leader of the Sapera development team. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud-based retail expression software that streamlines operations, improves sales performance, and enhances the customer experience.

Sergii is always on the lookout for the latest trends and technologies in CRS. He consistently strives to deliver results that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Together with the rest of the Sapera team, Sergii is confident in building an outstanding Sapera and will do their best to make Sapera even better in the future!

Senior software developer

Vadym Zozulia

Since 2011, Vadym has been working as a senior software developer at CRS. He has quickly gained a reputation for being hardworking and dedicated to his job. Vadym’s passion lies in creating efficient software that improves people’s work processes.

Vadym’s fascination with programming began in childhood, inspired by his father, who was also a programmer. He pursued this interest and obtained a higher education in information technology.

Vadym lives in Kharkiv and is proud of the city, which holds a special place in his heart.

Vladimir Dolbnya

Vladimir Dolbnya (also called Vova) graduated from Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics in 2006.

Vova has been with Sapera since the beginning, where his responsibilities have primarily included the development of Point of Sale, Inventory, and printing systems.

App Developer

Igor Paklin

Igor is a full-stack software developer with skills in .NET, Angular, and Xamarin technologies. He is passionate about type-safe coding in TypeScript and C# languages.

In CRS, Igor’s tasks primarily involve the development of our Sapera app.


Irene Novoguskaya

Iryna Novogurska is a quality engineer with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and around 20 years of experience in quality assurance. In 2004, she started her career in IT as a member of a manual testing team. After some time, she became the Team Lead with responsibilities for product quality, team leadership of testers, and also took on tasks as a project coordinator for a period. Over the last 10 years, Iryna has worked as a Test Automation Engineer.

At CRS, she is responsible for developing automation scripts that run daily to help ensure the system behaves correctly. The scope of her responsibilities also includes system function analysis and the design of test scenarios that are then automated.
