At Cloud Retail Systems A/S, all prices are in Danish Kroner and are stated inclusive of VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Sold-out items are subject to availability. In the case of unforeseen cost increases, including but not limited to raw material prices, production, or distribution, Cloud Retail Systems A/S reserves the right to adjust prices on existing orders. The customer will be notified of any price changes, and there is an option to cancel the order if the customer does not accept the updated prices.

Cloud Retail Systems A/S prioritizes swift processing of your order, typically within 1 to 2 days. We offer delivery throughout Denmark with a fixed shipping cost of 75 DKK. The goods are delivered directly to the specified delivery address upon ordering.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to international locations, the Faroe Islands, or Greenland. Please contact our sales team if you need delivery to an international location, the Faroe Islands, or Greenland.

Your items are securely shipped with GLS and delivered every weekday. Expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days after placing the order. It is important to note that some items may have specific delivery conditions, and these conditions will be clearly specified before purchase.

Warranty and Complaints

There is a 2-year warranty according to the Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacture. Depending on the specific situation, you can have the product repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction. The warranty does not cover errors or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect/error. Cloud Retail Systems A/S will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Shipments sent COD (cash on delivery) will not be accepted.


If a refund is applicable, please include your bank details, such as account number and sort code, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. You can safely provide this information via email or another electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for the purpose of processing the refund.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full return policy for items purchased in our webshop.

The period is counted from the day:
– You receive the order.
– You receive the last item in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for multiple different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several installments.
– You receive the last batch or last part in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of multiple batches/parts.
– You receive the first item in physical possession when it concerns regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 days of the purchase, and the return must be made no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal. The notification must be sent by email to In the notification, you must make it clear that you want to use your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must complete the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal simply by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously providing clear notice of this.

Return Process

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return. When returning the item, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packaged. Please include a copy of the order confirmation. Processing is faster if you also complete and include our Withdrawal Form.

You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we receive it back. We do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery).

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that in the event of withdrawal from the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return. To receive a full refund, you must try the item without actually using it.


If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you have paid to us.

In the case of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this amount will be deducted from the purchase amount.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to use the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

Ownership reservation

Upon purchasing goods from Cloud Retail Systems A/S, the buyer accepts that ownership of the delivered goods remains with Cloud Retail Systems A/S until full payment is received. This ownership reservation applies, regardless of whether the goods have been delivered to the buyer. Until payment is complete, the buyer agrees not to transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of the goods in a manner that conflicts with Cloud Retail Systems A/S’ ownership rights. Cloud Retail Systems A/S reserves the right to reclaim the delivered goods in the event of non-payment or other substantial breach of contract by the buyer. The customer agrees to fully cooperate with Cloud Retail Systems A/S to facilitate the return of the goods in case of ownership claims.
